Tremblay-en-France, Seine-Saint-Denis-based packaging and office supplies and furniture distributor Raja will acquire Office Depot Europe, which is headquartered in the Netherlands. The acquisition includes Viking, the brand of Office Depot Europe's B2B e-commerce business, and the operations business of Office Depot Europe, owned since 2017 by Aurelius.
Office Depot Europe, which employs approximately 1,500 people and has sales of nearly ?500 million, operates in seven main markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, and the United Kingdom.

It will further expand the group's presence and give new impetus to our ambition in the office supplies market. With this operation, Raja is expected to reach a turnover of 1.6 billion euros.
