Avery Dennison's catalog of recycled media has been extended with three new references for high-end food and beverage, wine and spirits labelling.

Quality and durable papers

Made from 100% recycled fiber, these new papers are white, uncoated and wood-free. Offering similar performance to traditional papers, their appearance and texture would also be indistinguishable from non-recycled versions. Their resistance to moisture, thanks to a special treatment, positions them well to present sustainable solutions for the labeling of wines, spirits, craft beers, beverages and food, but also for cosmetics.

  • The rNaturel Touch Craft With its important weight, it reminds a cotton touch which evokes the values of an authentic and artisanal know-how;
  • The rNoble Blanc It is particularly suitable for large prints and has a matte, felted texture finish;
  • The rWhite Sand This matte and smooth surface meets versatile needs for label printing, regardless of volume.

Solutions adapted to environmental needs

To meet the demands and requirements of consumers, industry regulations and CSR initiatives, Avery Dennison Europe offers a complete range of sustainable adhesive solutions. Papers, films and liners are now all available in recycled materials.

To illustrate the context, Avery Dennison says in a release, " For an achievable approach to sustainable packaging, brands and processors need access to a diverse range of labeling solutions that align with the application needs of different products, such as high-volume printing and high-end textures. »

These 3 new references, entirely recycled, offer a greater variety of choices in addition to the others already existing, such as rMC paper, existing in semi-gloss finish and ideally suited to the printing of back labels. Also, the AD Circular developed by the firm to help recycle label liners, confirms Avery Dennison's eco-friendly commitment to its customers and brands. « The growing focus on sustainability and reducing carbon footprints is driving a shift in the dialogue within the labeling and packaging industry. As the demand for sustainable packaging increases, global brands must evolve if they are not to be left behind. »
