Marking of objects: high quality printing on the most complex and thickest supports

Nano-pigment printing with MuchColours' K36.

The MuchColours K36 small format industrial printer allows you to print on a wide variety of materials of any shape up to 50 cm thick.

A striking difference with UV printing

With the new K36 digital printer from MuchColours (Italy), it becomes possible to mark any type of object from the most complex to the thickest, everything by preserving the qualities and characteristics of the support . Its printing system, with a resolution between 600 and 1800 dpi is developed by the manufacturer MuchColours and helped by static electricity which comes "to attract the drop towards the support". Thus, the difference between the highest and the lowest point on a piece to be printed is 15 mm maximum. As a reminder, the tolerated differences in flatness with UV printing do not exceed 3 mm.

Designed specifically for a sneaker manufacturer, the K36 is the ideal tool for print parts with curves such as balls, balls, shoes, etc.

Nanocolors, a new ink technology

The K36 works with much finer ink clots than UV technology. In fact, the ethanol Pro PIG and Nano Ink HS inks are designed with nanopigments which penetrate the support before being dried by a hot air jet. The result is a sustainability much longer than other printing methods, an excellent resistance to stretching or cracking problems and does not leave no trace of product alteration (touch and smell intact, for example). Valentin Bruno, sales representative at MuchColours France, likes to "compare UV technology to tattooing Malabar and the K36 for professional tattooing". But he also recognizes that UV is very well suited for marking objects that are not intended to last, for example: phone shells, USB keys, etc.

A small format with great performance

Accessible to the greatest number of people, the K36 is equipped with a ricoh Gen5 print head and a vacuum table to suit a wide audience in various sectors: decoration, leather goods, sports, fashion, music, etc. and is fully modular according to the needs. The printing surface is 600 x 900 mm and the range of colors is available in CMYK, white, silver and varnish for the standard and in several fluorescent colors.
