Zünd Prime Center is a prepress control center for the graphic industry.
A data check is performed upstream to verify the conformity of the files for a smooth and efficient production process.
Thanks to the automatic nesting of prints based on the cutting contour (and also possible full-bleed), the surface of the material used is exploited to the full. As each part is automatically identified by a QR code, the jobs can be from different customers, so there is no risk of mistaken recipients during delivery.
The automated data processing of the Zünd Prime Center reduces the time in the prepress area. And automatic nesting saves up to 40% of material.
