The French manufacturer Autajon strengthens its position in the United States

The American company is now called Autajon Packaging Zapp.

Fourth site across the Atlantic for Autajon. The group of more than 4000 employees, specialized in POP, folding cartons, boxes and labels, has acquired, in September, the Californian manufacturer of cardboard packaging Zapp Packaging.

Zapp Packaging, founded in 2002 and located near Los Angeles, USA, produces folding cartons for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food and consumer goods markets.

The company now operates under the name Autajon Packaging Zapp, and complements the group's other three production sites in the Americas, including Autajon Thoro Packaging located in Corona, near Ontario acquired in 2018.

The group based in Montélimar and created in 1964 began its expansion abroad in 2001. Today, managed by Gérard Autajon, the holding company, which has a turnover of more than 600 million euros, has 16 sites in France and 19 sites in a dozen countries (Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Belgium, Italy, China).
