At first, Stéphane de Gélis' objective is to "to be in the continuity of Denis Boudenne's work" the new director of the site, which has a turnover of more than 50 million euros, tells us.
Investments of several million euros are planned as every year. "In 2022, these investments will be used - as they are for many companies - to improve energy performance and reduce water consumption."

Founded in 1885, Cartonnerie Lacaux, part of the CGW Packaging group, includes a paper mill that produces papers made from 100% recycled paper and a cardboard mill. The company, which employs 180 people, also owns four other companies acquired in recent years: the packaging manufacturers EDC Transmouss located in Mortagne-au-Perche in the Orne region, Carton Plus in Arnas in the Rhône region, Cartonnerie de l'Espérance and the packaging reseller Cartonnages Champenois both located in Reims in the Marne region.

As part of his duties, Stéphane de Gélis will also oversee these four companies.
