Gallus celebrates its 100th anniversary with an experience center and four days of meetings

Converters, suppliers and printers are invited to the first event at the Gallus Experience Center, located in Switzerland, from June 20 to 23.

Heidelberg's Swiss subsidiary Gallus celebrates 100 years in business. The centenary of the manufacturer of narrow web label and packaging presses is marked by the inauguration of a brand-new industrial hub: the Gallus Experience Center, located in St. Gallen, Switzerland, which already houses the headquarters of the 300-employee company.

In this new facility, which is intended to be a central point of contact for all players in the industry, converters, suppliers, printers and brands will be able to explore concepts and test new technologies. The site will also serve as a showroom for Gallus products and those of its partners.

Gallus Experience Days, June 20 to 23

The Gallus Experience Center will host its first event from Monday June 20 to Thursday June 23, with Gallus Experience Days. The three-day program will feature presentations from experts in artificial intelligence (AI) and retail strategies, with multi-entrepreneur and digital transformation consultant and AI strategist Andy Fitze from Switzerland, and English author, speaker and marketing consultant Katie King.

At this major event, Gallus will also be unveiling new solutions that reduce costs, increase profitability and enhance sustainability.

Participants will also have the opportunity to attend supplier conferences, breakout sessions with key strategic partners and site tours.

The future of labels and packaging, a "smart, connected printing

Dario Urbinati, CEO of the Gallus Group, comments: "As well as celebrating our anniversary, we'll be using the event to present our vision for the future of labels and packaging. In large part, this centers on a 'digital transformation' - using 'smart, connected printing' to unlock revolutionary levels of production automation and manufacturing efficiency."
