Lecta unveils four label papers with recycled fibers

Termax Recy TFXr30 and TFXr100 thermal papers and Metalvac Recy 70 EWS and 100 EWS moisture-resistant metallized papers incorporate 30% to 100% recycled fiber.

Lecta launches four new label papers for different applications made from recycled fibers, two thermal and two metallized.

The two thermal products, Termax Recy TFXr30 and Termax Recy TFXr100, are phenol-free and certified by Ineris. They contain 30% and 100% recycled fiber respectively.
Termax Recy TFXr30 and Termax Recy TFXr100 have very good printability for high-speed thermal printers, very good image resolution and good rigidity. They have been designed for label applications mainly in the retail and logistics sectors, such as receipts, bank statements, coupons, invoices, boarding passes, point-of-sale receipts, lottery tickets and games, says the Spain-based paper group.

The new metallized papers, Metalvac Recy 70 EWS and Metalvac Recy 100 EWS, are highly moisture-resistant label papers for use, for example, on returnable bottles stored in coolers, ice buckets, cellars or freezers.
They contain 70% and 100% recycled fiber respectively.
Flexo and offset printable, they are ideal for bottling lines, even at high speeds.

The integration of recycled fibres in the manufacture of some of its specialty papers "reinforces Lecta's positioning as a company committed to the circular economy and to the future" declares the manufacturer.
