Antalis and Burgo join forces to expand their range of eco-responsible coated papers

Antalis France has entered into a strategic partnership with the Burgo Group. More than 200 coated paper references will be added to the Antalis catalog from the 4th quarter of 2024. The new 2U range stands out for its environmental qualities, with a 4-star Green Star System rating.

Antalis France joins forces with the Burgo group to offer a new range of coated papers. This partnership will enable the addition of over 200 references from the fourth quarter of 2024, meeting the needs of a demanding customer base in terms of quality and durability.

The integration of the 2U "two you" range will significantly expand Antalis' range of coated papers. The partnership with Burgo completes an already well-stocked catalog with a variety of finishes, from gloss to satin. Printing and graphic arts professionals will have access to papers in grammages ranging from 90 g/m² to 350 g/m², also available in digital versions, meeting the specific needs of digital printers.

The choice of gloss and satin finishes enables Antalis to provide solutions adapted to various print communication projects, whether for advertising media, brochures or magazines. The digital version of these papers responds to growing demand from printers for media adapted to digital technologies, where rendering quality is essential, while offering grammages adapted to a variety of needs, from lightweight to thicker media for specific projects.

The new 2U range also stands out for its environmental performance, with a 4-star rating in the Green Star System. This rating system, well known to printing and graphic arts professionals, is used to select papers that meet strict sustainable development criteria. With this certification, Antalis is responding to a growing demand for eco-responsible materials while maintaining high quality standards.

For Thierry Griselin, Managing Director of Antalis France and Benelux, the merger with Burgo is part of a clear strategic move to offer customers a diversity of high-quality products, while reinforcing the company's commitment to the environment. "This partnership will enable Antalis to offer the widest range on the market," he stresses. This strategy reflects our anticipation of the expectations of professionals in the face of growing demands for quality and sustainability.
