Posson Packaging deploys 1,000 solar panels on its site

Posson Packaging continues its energy transition with the installation of 1âeuros000Â photovoltaic panels on the west side of its plant in Louailles, Sarthe.

Scheduled for commissioning in May 2026, it will cover 25% of the industrial packaging manufacturer's energy consumption. This investment is in line with the company's decarbonization strategy, and represents a structuring step in its commitment to a more sustainable industry.

Cartonnage Raux Packaging integrates Le Cartonnage industriel

Cartonnage Raux Packaging, a packaging manufacturer based in Gastins, Seine-et-Marne, has integrated Le Cartonnage Industriel (LCI), also based in the town.

"This union consolidates our technical expertise and allows us to perpetuate a manufacturing base recognized for its rigor and quality" explains Cartonnage Raux Packaging on social networks

More specifically, this integration will enable Cartonnage Raux Packaging to strengthen its position as a manufacturer-transformer by controlling the entire production chain, from design to in-house production.
The operation should also offer customers a single point of contact and greater agility in project management, in terms of both formats and volumes.
The LCI name will be gradually replaced by Cartonnage Raux Packaging, while the skills and industrial facilities will be retained.

Worker seriously injured at Saica Paper in Laveyron

According to France Bleu a worker suffered serious foot injuries in a workplace accident on Wednesday April 8 at around 6:30 a.m. at the Saica Paper recycled PPO plant in Laveyron, Drôme.

According to initial reports, the employee caught his foot in an auger while working on the paper production site. Taken care of by emergency services, he was initially transported to Saint-Vallier hospital. Due to the seriousness of his injuries, he was then transferred to a hospital better equipped to deal with his injuries.
An investigation will have to determine the exact circumstances of this accident.

Grafix takes over Seripub

Grafix, a visual communications and branding company based in Narrosse in the Landes region, is taking over Seripub, L'impression folle, located in Dax in the same department.

This acquisition is part of Grafix's strategy to develop and complement its activities.

The operation is intended to be seamless: teams, contacts and addresses will be maintained, and both sites will continue to operate with the same level of proximity and high standards.

Antalis France launches Munken papers with Arctic Paper

Antalis France has signed a partnership agreement with Arctic Paper to launch the Munken range of creative papers on the French market.

This collaboration enhances Antalis' offer with more than 130 uncoated paper references, divided into two complementary universes. Munken Design, available in Kristall, Polar, Lynx and Pure, is designed for premium graphic applications, while Munken Print, available in Cream and White, is positioned in the publishing segment thanks to its puffy qualities.

Also available in versions suitable for digital printing, these papers stand out, according to Antalis, for their natural feel and environmental performance, certified four stars in the Green Star System.
