Stora Enso plans to sell 12% of its forests in Sweden
Stora Enso is preparing the sale of around 12% of its forestry assets, i.e. 1.4 million hectares in Sweden. To facilitate this potential transaction, the company is setting up a new legal structure. The transaction would be subject to negotiations with investors, including a long-term agreement on wood supply and forest management. The sale would enable Stora Enso to reduce its debt and strengthen its balance sheet, while increasing the value of its forestry assets.

MM Packaging optimizes its sites for the production of pharmaceutical leaflets
The L'Isle-d'Espagnac site is a European leader in the production of single, double-sided and multi-pane leaflets, as well as reel-fed and flat leaflets. The site has just installed a folding line equipped with the XP 25 folding knife from H+H. This equipment, with two bends at infeed and outfeed, enables a more compact layout and optimizes the movement of leaflets to the margin.
