SCREEN Truepress PAC 830F wins All4PACK award for industrial efficiency

Inapa France joins the OVOL Japan Pulp & Paper Group

The OVOL Japan Pulp & Paper group, a major player in paper distribution, officially finalized on November 29 the acquisition of the entire share capital of Inapa France, S.A.S., as well as JJ LOOS, S.A.S. This agreement marks a turning point for Inapa France, which benefits from strategic support aimed at optimizing its services, by implementing an accelerated improvement plan. Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, OVOL Japan Pulp & Paper operates in 22 countries, with sales expected to reach 3 billion euros by 2023. This acquisition is part of the Group's international development strategy and strengthens its position in the paper and visual communications sector.

Ingenidoc adopts a new visual identity

Ingenidoc, a player in the printing industry since 1995, is embarking on a new stage in its development with a complete overhaul of its visual identity. Initiated in 2023, this transformation aims to reflect the company's current values: ecology, innovation and sharing. The new graphic charter, developed in-house, modernizes the company's image and is more consistent with its commitments and dynamics. This change is also in line with the change of management in 2022, marked by the arrival of Bruno Jacqueline at the head of the company, succeeding founder Michel Bourrienne. As a member of the Firopa group, which brings together 18 entities and 900 employees across France, Ingenidoc relies on this network to pursue its development, while remaining true to its fundamental values: enterprise, adaptation and progress together.

Caen Repro Imprimerie becomes Les Imprimeries de Caen

Founded in 1975, Caen Repro Imprimerie, along with its entities Caen Repro Color, Imprimerie Le Brun and Dauphin Com' Imprim, is entering a new phase in its history. These four local players are joining forces under a common banner: Les Imprimeries de Caen. This rebranding symbolizes the group's adaptability and commitment to quality printing, both offset and digital. A new visual identity, to be unveiled shortly, has been designed to embody the values of resilience and innovation embodied by this grouping.

76.2% of graphic paper recycled by 2023, according to ADEME

Every year, ADEME publishes its study updating the flow of graphic products in France, providing a detailed overview of the performance and challenges associated with paper and print. In 2023, 76.2% of graphic paper was recycled, a remarkable figure for the sector. However, this positive dynamic is offset by a steady decline in consumption, influenced by the rise of digital technology and changing business practices.

The Estimprim group, a key player in digital and offset printing, supports Manon Le Maou, elected Miss Franche-Comté 2024.
