Dominique Boucard elected Chairman of CAFI
The Club Achats France Impression (CAFI), created in 2022 by printers belonging to the GMI (Groupement des Métiers de l'Impression), has announced a change of presidency.
Dominique Boucard was elected at the AGM held on September 17, 2025. The director of Groupe Lenouvelr, based in La Rochelle (Charente-Maritime) and comprising 10 structures, succeeds Jean-Emile Durand, head of Durand Imprimeurs, who held this position for three years.
Xerox changes president
Xerox has announced the departure of John Bruno, President and COO (Chief Operating Officer) since 2022, who has chosen the position of CEO of National Veterinary Associates (NVA).
He will remain a member of the Board of Directors and will chair the new integration committee responsible for the merger with Lexmark.
As of September 1, 2025, Louie Pastor-who currently holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer and Global Head of Operations, where he heads the Xerox reinvention office and global sales services organization-will succeed him as President and COO. At the same time, Jacques-Edouard Gueden, currently Chief Channel and Partner Officer, where he heads up the indirect sales unit in the print sector, will become Chief Revenue Officer, in charge of direct and indirect sales in the print sector.
Antoine Baucé succeeds Stéphane Charreton as head of IC4 Communication
Antoine Baucé takes over the management of IC4 Communication, based in Dieppe (Seine-Maritime) and Gamaches (Somme), from Stéphane Charreton, who has run the company for almost 30 years.
To ensure a smooth transition, the latter will stay on for a further year alongside the new manager. Antoine Baucé, former managing partner of the Iropa printing group, arrives with solid technical and commercial experience in the sector, and will be able to rely on the existing team to continue the company's development.
Jérémie Csukai joins X-Rite Pantone
Jérémie Csukai has been appointed Head of Sales France and Maghreb for color science specialist X-Rite Pantone. He previously held a sales position with Siproudhis, a distributor of printing equipment and supplies.
Founder Jean-Luc Petithuguenin leaves Paprec
Jean-Luc Petithuguenin, founder of Paprec , announces his "accelerated" retirement on medical advice at the age of 68 and results described as historic.
He took the opportunity to take stock of the group he founded in 1994. The French company specializing in the collection and recycling of industrial and household waste is aiming for full-year sales of over 4 billion euros by the end of 2025, and EBITDA of over 600 million euros.

The international division, whose management was transferred to his two sons in July 2025 (as has been the case for France for the past four years), should exceed 1 billion euros in sales by the end of the year, when the Swiss, Spanish, English and Polish subsidiaries, those in six other countries (including India, Morocco and Azerbaijan) and export sales of raw materials are added together.
Philippe Sachse steps down as Industria CEO
Philippe Sachse has announced his departure from the general management of Industria, a Paris-based printer founded in 1933 and specialized in small- and large-format digital printing. He had worked there for over eleven years alongside Pierre Coquard. Industria has belonged to the Fideva group since July 1, 2023.
Bruno Mulliez hands over the reins of Cartonnage Mulliez-Richebé to his son
Based in Chéreng in the Nord region of France, Cartonnage Mulliez-Richebé, a century-old company specializing in custom packaging, POP and industrial packaging, is now run by fourth-generation Thomas Mulliez.
Thomas Mulliez succeeds his father, Bruno Mulliez. Cartonnage Mulliez-Richebé achieves sales of 9 million euros with around 500 customers, including Décathlon, Pocheco and the Prunelle group.
