Marco Nespolo, CEO of Fedrigoni, Steps Down
On October 6, Marco Nespolo will step down as CEO and chairman of the board of directors of Fedrigoni, after nearly eight years at the helm of the Italian manufacturer of specialty papers and self-adhesive materials. He will remain a shareholder and a member of the board of directors.
The board of the group, which has 6,000 employees, appointed Rolf Stangl as executive chairman effective the same date. A former CEO of the Swiss packaging manufacturer SIG Group, which he led from 2008 to 2020, Rolf Stangl also served as an advisor to Apollo Global Management, a U.S.-based alternative asset manager.
Franck Le Roux Takes the Helm at Imprimerie Castet
Franck Le Roux has been the head of Imprimerie Castet, a commercial printing company based in Floirac, Gironde, since May.
As head of the Gironde-based printing company founded in 1830 and chaired by Emmanuelle Faure, he says he intends to continue the projects already underway and support the team in growing the business.
Stora Enso Expands the Responsibilities of Its Chief Financial Officer, Niclas Rosenlew
The Finnish forestry and paper company Stora Enso has appointed Niclas Rosenlew as deputy CEO, while retaining him in his role as chief financial officer. Effective September 17, this appointment places him alongside Chairman and CEO Hans Sohlström, who will continue in his current role.
Niclas Rosenlew joined the paper manufacturer, which employs 19,000 people, in January 2025 as chief financial officer. He previously held the same position at SKF from 2019 to 2024, after working at Basware, Microsoft, and Nokia.
Christophe Gramfort is leaving HP after 25 years
Christophe Gramfort is leaving HP after 25 years with the American company. He had served as Country Manager for France since May 2019.
Before taking on the role of head of the French division, he had held various sales positions at HP, including that of Sales Manager for France starting in 2015.
A New CCO for Komori in Europe
Jacob Hededam Hummel has joined Komori International Europe as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), replacing Ulrich Sause, who had held that position since April 2023. He will oversee the Japanese printing press manufacturer?s business development in the European market.
This appointment is part of a sales reorganization aimed, in particular, at developing new markets and customer segments. Komori also aims to integrate offset printing, digital printing, postpress, automation, software, and services into its European offering.
Jacob Hummel joins Komori after three years as head of Optimum Group Nordic. He previously worked at HP and spent five years at Heidelberg, where his responsibilities included leading sales and services for Northern Europe.
Dario Urbinati Steps Down from Gallus's Operational Leadership
Dario Urbinati will leave on November 1 the executive management of the Swiss label manufacturer Gallus. Michael Bsirske, currently the chief financial officer, will serve as interim CEO.
Dario Urbinati, who has led Gallus since late 2022, will remain with the company. He will join its board of directors and assume the role of chairman on January 1, 2027.
The sales department is also undergoing changes: As of October 1, Uwe Boerner has assumed the role of global sales manager, in addition to his responsibilities for key accounts. He succeeds Thomas Schweizer, who is leaving Gallus.
