Sprint continues its growth through acquisitions with the purchase of SB Printers, based in Mitry-Mory in Seine-et-Marne, which has been serving the luxury, cosmetics, and retail markets for over forty years.
SB Printing consists of four companies specializing in large-format offset, UV, screen, and digital printing, all located on a 7%E2euros%89700 m site 2 : SB Graphic, SB+, S160, and Arteprint. These four companies employ 75 people and generate revenue of 17 million euros.
Richard Moraly and Bruno De Bue, partners and executives of the SB Group, explain the reasons behind this sale: "After more than 40 years of serving our customers, making investments, and driving innovation, we wanted to pass our group on to an industry player capable of building on the momentum we?ve established and opening a new chapter in its development. (...) This transaction ensures the continuity of our expertise and opens up new opportunities for both our employees and our customers."
Sprint is establishing a 150-employee hub in the Paris region for the graphic arts industry
Sprint, together with SB, now has 150 employees in the Île-de-France region, with revenue of 32 million euros generated by Sprint Numérique in Gennevilliers, Axiom Graphic in Cormeilles-en-Vexin, Rivaton in Villepinte, and Suisse Imprimerie in Paris?sites that collectively offer print and digital communications as well as marketing logistics services.
Nationwide, Sprint employs 650 people and has revenue of nearly 100 million euros.
