Imprimerie Floch based in Mayenne and Fogepack Systèmes SAS based in Leulinghem (official distributor of Zünd digital cutting tables) announce their collaboration for the implementation of a digital cutting and automatic polymer stripping solution for the 3 Rotopages of the printing plant.

According to Hubert Pédurand, president of Floch :

"?L 's objective is to limit the drudgery of the assembly station, increase performance, support growth in LG and Pocket, while shortening lead times. The collaboration between Imprimerie Floch and Fogepack Systèmes has made it possible to take up the challenge and achieve a 100% automatic solution, operational from April 2020.?»

The Floch printing house, which today belongs to the Laballery group, is equipped with 3 rotary presses of 130 cm width, all designed by the company itself.

Last November, the printer once again made its mark during the literary prize season by printing, among others, the Prix Goncourt 2019 awarded to Jean Paul Dubois for "?Tous les hommes ne habent pas le monde de la même façon?" published by éditions de l'Olivier.

On this occasion, 110?000 reprints of the book (approximately 35 tons of books) were completed in only 48 hours.
