Fespa, the international federation of national associations of screen, digital and textile printing professionals, has just announced the new date for its annual exhibition, Fespa Global Print Expo. Fespa Global Print Expo 2020, together with the European Sign Expo and Sportswear Pro, will take place at Ifema, at the Feria de Madrid from Tuesday 6 to Thursday 8 October 2020.
Ten days ago, the organizer announced the postponement of the Fespa Global Print Expo 2020 due to the coronavirus outbreak, without giving new dates. The exhibition dedicated to large format, screen, digital and textile printing was to be held at Ifema in Madrid, Spain from 24-27 March 2020, in conjunction with two other exhibitions, European Sign Expo 2020 dedicated to non-print visual communication solutions in Europe and Sportswear Pro 2020 dedicated to on-demand sportswear production technologies.
"Despite the continuing impact of coronavirus on the specialist printing sector, we have been overwhelmed by the high demand for a Fespa appointment in 2020, explains Fespa's CEO, Neil Felton. Therefore, we are extremely pleased to confirm that our exhibitions will take place on these rescheduled dates and we are very grateful to the Ifema team, who fully supported our decision in extraordinary circumstances."
