Unusual - An employee of AR Packaging (49) pays tribute to those who continue to work

It's the story of a tiny little video about proud working women and men.

It's not the buzz of the year, but with more than 2000 views on Youtube in a few days it's still a great performance. And above all, it's a nice message that Nicolas Gadiou, an employee of the cardboard packaging company AR Packaging located in Cholet in Maine-et-Loire, France, puts across in the video montage he posted on social networks: "Let's be proud to work!

In 2 min 30, this marketing and prepress manager explains in a moving scrolling text on a moving song why some people are still working when the government has imposed confinement on the French.

"The idea came naturally to me after the government's call for containment and our duty as a player in the food chain to continue our business." explains the author of the video.

"I made this little montage one evening in order to communicate on our comms screens in the different dining halls and break rooms. It was initially a personal and anonymous message in support of the 200 employees who every morning get up and come to work sometimes with doubts or fears about this virus."

He goes on to say: "Employees and management found this message clear, simple and effective and wanted to share it with their loved ones, so I posted this little video on Linkedin, then on Vimeo and finally on Youtube."

Today the link has been widely shared. More than 500 views on Vimeo, 2000 views on Youtube, 9000 views on Linkedin...
