After this operation, Graphius will have six production sites located in Belgium, France and the United Kingdom and will employ 570 people.

Graphius acquires a prestigious English printing company: the Belgian sheet-fed printing group will acquire the only industrial printing company in Greater London, the Park printing company. Specialized in the English luxury segment, Park boasts among its clients the auction house Christie's, the car manufacturer Rolls-Royce and the art museums Tate. The offset and digital printing company also carries out orders for numerous banks and real estate companies.

"The acquisition of Park, which has a strong reputation for high quality printing for the UK luxury segment, is a carefully considered step towards making us a local producer in the UK, explains Denis Geers, CEO of Graphius, in a release. "We are convinced of the benefits of this internationalization and want to ensure continuity, growth and employment at both Graphius and Park . " Graphius will retain all 90 of Park's positions.

And a few days earlier, Denis Geers in a video posted on YouTube, declared: "We invest today in niches that will not be affected by digitalization. A lot of things are gone today and we want to avoid that for the future."

For several years, the two principals, Alison Branch and Heath Mason, who founded Park in 1991, had been looking for a buyer to secure the company's long-term future.
"We had been in negotiations with Denis and Philippe for a while (the managers of Graphius, editor's note) we have built a trusting relationship during this period. Graphius and Park share a similar treeuross culture, which values its various stakeholders. For this reason, Alison and I look forward to being part of Graphius Group and to working together says Heath Mason.

Alison Branch and Heath Mason will continue in their current roles and will be assisted by Joris Deckers of Graphius as co-CEO.

Graphius, which produces booklets for books, brochures, food packaging and labels, currently employs 480 people at five production sites in Belgium (in Ghent, Brussels, Ostend and Duffel) and France (in Paris with PPO Graphic). This acquisition will add the Park production site in London, England and 90 employees.
