Last time in Brussels. Tarsus Group, organizer of the LabelExpo Global Series label trade shows, has announced the move of the biennial European event. After the next edition, to be held in Belgium at Brussels Expo from September 11 to 14, 2023, LabelExpo Europe will move to Spain, at Barcelona's Fira, from 2025 onwards.
Taken in agreement with the main exhibitors, this decision should benefit industry professionals. "We've reached maximum capacity at Brussels Expo, and the Fira heralds Labelexpo Europe's next phase of growth. The larger halls make it easier for visitors to move around the show, and the infrastructure lends itself to the technical needs of our exhibitors." explained Jade Grace, LabelExpo Global Series Portfolio Director, in a press release.
The halls of the Spanish exhibition center are equipped with a ventilation system, and the free high-speed wifi can support up to 128,000 simultaneous users. The venue is a 15-minute drive from the international airport, close to two metro stations, and boasts a 4,800-space parking lot.
What's more, Barcelona has over 40,000 hotel rooms, double the number currently available in Brussels.
Lisa Milburn, director of Tarsus, added: "We'll always look back fondly on the years we spent in Brussels, where LabelExpo grew into the leading international show it is today. The move to Barcelona will build on this legacy and give LabelExpo Europe the space it needs for future growth."
