Hubergroup: change at the top of the ink manufacturer

Former Hubergroup CEO Heiner Klokkers has left the company german printing ink manufacturer Hubergroup , which employs around 3,300 people in almost 30 countries, The management of Hubergroup's parent company is currently being reorganized. The printing ink manufacturer's former CEO, Heiner Klokkers, is leaving the group. Two top managers join the holding company.

After announcing last September major changes in the strategy of its subsidiary, MHM Holding hubergroup's parent company, is making changes to its management team.
Heiner Klokkers, CEO of the German printing ink manufacturer and Chairman of the Board of MHM Holding, is stepping down, announces Britta Hübner, Head of Group Transformation.

Taner Bicer, head of Hubergroup's Chemicals Division, and Carsten Zölzer, head of the Offset Division, join the holding company's Board of Directors.
Both will also remain Managing Directors of Hubergroup Deutschland, retaining their current responsibilities.
Together with Britta Hübner, they will form the Management Board of MHM Holding.

Refinancing, Hubergroup's top priority

"Heiner Klokkers has played a key role in the company's development in recent years and initiated the Group's reorganization. Now it's time to take the next step, strengthening the Group's financial strength and driving it forward operationally, says Britta Hübner. Taner Bicer and Carsten Zölzer, two long-standing Hubergroup managers who have given excellent service to the company over many years, are taking over."

Against the backdrop of Hubergroup's transformation, management is focusing primarily on the forthcoming refinancing, for which "major preparatory work has already been successfully completed" and management "looks to the future with confidence".
