After the updating its Packz and Stepz prepress software for labels and packaging belgian graphics software publisher Hybrid Software launches version 9.5 of iC3D Suite. The iC3D software suite enables the creation of realistic 3D virtual prototypes and print-ready proofs for the packaging design industry.
This new version of the packaging design and visualization software features extensive support for 3D file formats, including glTF, GLB and FBX. This compatibility will enable users to import and export these formats. âeuros¨âeuros¨
Hybrid Software has also enhanced its internal PDF editing tool. It is now possible to select the page areas of the PDF files used, and the visibility of PDF layers has been improved.
What's more, the PDF editor is now available for iC3D's Select and Designer modules, in addition to the full iC3D suite. Heath Luetkens, Hybrid Software Product Manager, explains: "This extension of functionality to other versions of the software allows a greater number of users to benefit from the enhanced capabilities of the PDF editor."
