First unveiled in 2023, the XMF PressReady system stands out for its ability to manage complex environments including multiple digital presses driven by Fiery servers. This includes PDF file management, intelligent imposition and web-to-print connectivity. These tools have won over medium-sized to large structures. However, for workshops operating with one or two presses, this wealth of functionality often proved too much.

PressReady Lite is the answer. Designed as an add-on software module to the Revoria Flow DFE controller, it is aimed directly at small structures equipped with Fujifilm Revoria SC285, EC2100 and PC1120 presses.

According to John Davies, workflow product manager at Fujifilm EMEA, the ambition of this Lite version is to offer a "productivity pack" for small units. In particular, it enables automated correction and validation of PDF files, as well as the creation of routines for intelligent grouping of jobs to be printed.
A concrete example is the automatic grouping of jobs sharing technical specificities âeuros use of pink toner, identical paper or a specific combination of toners. The aim is to avoid interruptions caused by changing consumables or media.
