F-Jet Natural Fibers, the paper alternative to PVC film for indoor advertising

With no plastic components, Fedrigoni's F-Jet Natural Fibers is an ephemeral adhesive film made from recycled paper.

Italian papermaker Fedrigoni launches F-Jet Natural Fibers, an ephemeral adhesive film for large-format applications. This 100% recycled paper solution can replace traditional PVC films for indoor graphic applications.

Developed with a paper side composed of natural PCR fibers with no plastic components (PVC, PE, PP, PU and PET) and an ultra-removable acrylic adhesive, F-Jet Natural Fibers is suitable for vinyl printing techniques and compatible with HP Latex and UV inks.

This self-adhesive solution is designed for point-of-sale advertising, decors on glass, Forex or Alubond (aluminum) and indoor advertising panels. Its ultra-removable acrylic-based adhesive technology makes for easy application and clean removal without residue, assures Fedrigoni.

Life-cycle analysis of F-Jet Natural Fibers shows significant reductions in energy consumption, water consumption and CO2 emissions, compared with standard monomeric PVC film, says the group, which gives no further details.

"F-Jet Natural Fibers offers indoor advertising markets a solution that not only performs well, but is also more environmentally friendly than traditional products." says Daniele Perotti, Head of Graphic Production and Business Development at Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives. F-Jet Natural Fibers is the fruit of extensive analysis and research aimed at providing an innovative and conscious response to the demands of the graphics world."
