MP3 PLV CEO at the helm of Medef Mayenne
Antonio Marques da Costa, head of MP3 PLV, has been appointed president of the MEDEF Mayenne employers' association, succeeding Bruno Lucas.
Based in the Mayenne region, MP3 PLV specializes in the design and manufacture of point-of-sale advertising media, combining printing, cutting, assembly and packaging for the supermarket, retail and events circuits.
Patrick Leclercq, CEO of VPK's Corrugated Board Division
VPK Packaging Group appoints Patrick Leclercq as CEO of the Corrugated Board Division. In this capacity, he joins the Executive Committee of the Belgian cardboard packaging manufacturer. This move comes after an internal career marked by the successive management of subsidiaries VPK Belgium, VPK Packaging Nordic and, more recently, VPK Packaging France.
In his new role, Patrick Leclercq will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Group's corrugated board production sites in several European countries. In particular, he will be in charge of sustainable growth, industrial optimization and strengthening cross-border customer relations.
Management change at Canon subsidiary
British manufacturer Edale, a subsidiary of Canon Production Printing specializing in flexographic presses for folding carton and self-adhesive labels, has announced the appointment of Lachlan Buirds as Managing Director. Buirds, who joined Edale in 2024 as Operations Manager, succeeds James Boughton.
After 20 years at the helm of Edale, James Boughton joins parent company Canon Production Printing as director of regional sales development and operations for labels and packaging.
James Boughton orchestrated Canon's acquisition of Edale in 2022, a strategic step that gave the brand greater visibility and resources on international markets.
Serge Vincart appointed Sales Director for Fedrigoni
Belgian graphic arts specialist Serge Vincart has just been appointed Asia Sales Manager for Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives Graphics, the division of Italian paper manufacturer Fedrigoni dedicated to the development of adhesive materials for labels, graphic design and marking.
Serge Vincart was European CEO of Dilli, a Korean manufacturer of digital presses for labels and packaging, where he served as CEO from 2015 to 2020.
Digital press manufacturer Dilli expands into Europe with the opening of a subsidiary based in Mons, Belgium.
Sylvain Debievre, Business Development Manager for CP Bourg in France
Sylvain Debievre takes over responsibility for sales development in France for our solutions CP Bourg at Duplo France, following the takeover of the Belgian equipment manufacturer's operations by the Japanese manufacturer, effective April 1, 2025 .
Already working for Duplo for almost six years as a sales engineer in the IDF-Centre region, he is now expanding his scope to include national management of the C.P. Bourg range, comprising in-line and off-line stitching, heat-binding and automated finishing systems.
