Xerox is partnering with Xeikon to expand its press offerings into the label and packaging markets

Xerox will market its first press based on Xeikon technology under its own brand. The U.S. manufacturer plans, in particular, to expand its offerings to digital packaging and labeling?two applications explicitly mentioned in the agreement.

Xerox and Flint Group Digital Xeikon have formed a partnership focused on digital production printing. Xerox will integrate Xeikon's technology into its portfolio and market at least one press resulting from this agreement under its own brand. The two partners have not yet specified which Xeikon technology will be used.

The American manufacturer cites three areas affected by this expansion of its product line: digital packaging, labeling, and commercial printing.

A first-generation press sold and maintained by Xerox

The presses, which are based on technology from the Belgian manufacturer, will be integrated into the Xerox Production Ecosystem, which includes, among other things, workflow automation software, finishing solutions, remote services, and the manufacturer's support infrastructure.

Xerox will handle the marketing and after-sales service for this first press. Details regarding its availability and technical specifications will be announced in the coming months.

This new offering will complement, in particular, the Xerox Iridesse, Proficio PX300 and PX500, and IJP900 presses, as well as the PrimeLink systems.

"By combining Flint Group Digital Xeikon's digital press technology with the Xerox Production Ecosystem, we offer a comprehensive production platform." , says Terry Antinora, president of Global Production Print Services at Xerox.

Xeikon Gains a New Sales Channel

For Flint Group Digital Xeikon, the agreement enables it to distribute its technology through Xerox's sales and service channels. The two partners highlight, in particular, the shift in demand toward short runs, faster turnaround times, and versioning.

The agreement with Xeikon follows several launches by Xerox in the production printing sector. Last February, at the ?Future of Xerox Production Print? event in Uxbridge, United Kingdom, the company announced investments in high-speed inkjet, AI-driven workflows, and digital finishing. In the first quarter of 2026, Xerox reported a 31% year-over-year increase in production printing installations, driven in part by the launch of the Proficio series.
