New management team at Kolbus
Packaging and book production line manufacturer Kolbus, based in Rahden, Germany, announces a change at the top with the appointment of a new management team comprising Michael R. Bach (CEO), Paul Galburt (CFO), Mathias Sieckmann (CCO) and Sven Kolwey (COO).
Michael R. Bach and Paul Galburt join the Group, bringing their respective experience to the General Management and Finance functions. They will be supported by long-standing employees Mathias Sieckmann and Sven Kolwey, who will continue their commitment to the Group.
This new governance comes at a key stage for kolbus, with the aim of consolidating the Rahden site and strengthening its long-term competitiveness, while maintaining its regional roots.
Max Winograd joins MCC Label to drive intelligent packaging solutions
Label manufacturer MCC Label, with 12,000 employees, announces the appointment of Max Winograd as Vice President Smart Packaging Solutions (RFID), effective February 16 this year.
Max Winograd has over 16 years' experience in the development of connected technologies applied to packaging and the supply chain. He most recently held the position of Vice President Digital + Hardware Innovation at Avery Dennison. He also co-founded a technology company specializing in packaging, and held a number of management positions in the fields of RFID, connected products and digital platforms.
At MCC, his mission will be to accelerate the development of intelligent packaging solutions, particularly around RFID, a strategic segment for the group. This appointment is part of MCC Label's drive to strengthen its positioning in connected technologies applied to labels and packaging.
Kévin Courbin joins Riso France
Kévin Courbin announces his arrival at Riso France as Business Engineer, marking a shift in focus towards the B2B world of printing solutions.
After several years in Bordeau with Groupe Nemea, in the tourism sector, where he developed solid experience in customer relations and sales development, Kévin Courbin is embarking on a new professional phase in Paris, leaving Bordeaux to take up this new challenge.
Quad promotes its COO to Group President
New York-listed printing group Quad/Graphics announces the promotion of Dave Honan to President, in addition to his current role as Chief Operating Officer (COO), which he has held since 2022.
Joel Quadracci, Chairman and CEO since 2006 and Chairman, President and CEO since 2010, remains Chairman and CEO. He will continue to focus on long-term strategy, innovation and stakeholder relations.
In his new role as President and COO, Dave Honan will oversee the day-to-day operational management of Quad's various business units, working with Joel Quadracci and the executive team to support the Group's strategic vision and growth priorities. He continues to report directly to him.
Joining Quad in 2009, Dave Honan has held a number of management positions, including Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
Xerox reorganizes commercially
The American manufacturer Xerox reorganizes in the printing market . Thomas Valjak takes over responsibility for channels and partners, while Danny Molhoek is now in charge of strategic accounts in the region.
In France and Benelux, François Bourzeix remains President of Xerox France-Belgium-Luxembourg, and becomes country leader for the Channels France and Belux structure.
For his part, Jean-Michel Sauvaud will be Country Leader France-Spain-Portugal for large companies. At the same time, he will remain Chairman and CEO of Lexmark France during the transitional period.
