Daddy Kate Group continues to structure its position in the French graphics market with a series of strategic acquisitions. After two acquisitions in 2024, the integration of Imprimerie Moutier confirms this ambition, while strengthening the Group's capabilities in packaging.
This third acquisition in 2024 illustrates Daddy Kate's determination to gain a lasting foothold in the French market. Imprimerie Moutier, based in Ronchin, has 10 employees and annual sales of 2.5 million euros. These additional resources bolster Daddy Kate France's capacities ahead of the merger scheduled for early 2025. The transition will be a smooth one. Pascal Moutier, former owner of the print shop, will support the integration before retiring. Christophe Moutier, for his part, will continue to support business relations within Daddy Kate France.
