Austrian manufacturer Trotec Laser and Germany's Eurolaser formalize their commercial alliance. The aim of the two laser equipment manufacturers is to better meet customers' laser cutting and engraving needs by combining their expertise in the fields of "market knowledge, advice and international networks", they say .
Trotec develops small and medium-format laser solutions for identification, personalization and signage, and markets its equipment in over 90 countries. Eurolaser specializes in large-format cutting of non-metallic materials, including plastics, technical films and synthetic textiles. Its modular cutting tables can reach widths of up to 3.20 meters.
The partnership remains commercial, with no plans for a capital merger. Each company retains its autonomy, but they pool their sales and technical forces.
Laura Capone, Eurolaser's Managing Director, talks about cooperation between "two strong brands with tailor-made solutions" an undeniable advantage in terms of advice" for customers . According to Peter Kratky, CEO of Trotec, this agreement will make it possible to "guide customers more effectively to the right technology" in a context of strong diversification in laser applications.
