Established for 120 years in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre near Nantes, Goubault Imprimeur has just made a major change at the top. On July 30, Dominique Goubault, a well-known figure in the industry in the Grand Ouest region, handed over the reins of his company.

The CEO is handing over the reins to three of his former colleagues, all of whom know the inner workings of the 38-strong company inside out: Marine Ravanne, Director of Information Systems, retains her position and becomes co-CEO alongside Nicolas Rouger, Production Manager, who becomes Managing Director in charge of strategy and business development, and Lina Rizk, who remains Administrative and Financial Director.

This trio was "already at the heart of my strategic decisions. This choice is one of continuity, of a transmission faithful to the spirit of the company: independent, committed, deeply human" says Dominique Gaubault on social networks.

With sales of 5 million euros, the offset and digital printer boasts a portfolio of over 500 customers, including private companies, local authorities and institutions. The three buyers intend to pursue the company's regional development.

Goubault Imprimeur is not the only one to have chosen to hand over the reins to three of its employees. La Nouvelle Imprimerie in Loire-Atlantique followed the same path, as did Tallineau Emballage located in Vendée and Loire-Atlantique .
