Labelexpo 2025: FleneX Pro and Jet Press FP790 on the Fujifilm front line

On the Fujfilm stand at Labelexpo Europe 2025, visitors can witness the launch of the FleneX Pro processor and discover the latest developments in the Jet Press FP790.

fujifilm's Labelexpo show was packed with novelties. On stand 5D73, divided into two areas - one dedicated to analog printing, the other to digital, the Japanese manufacturer presents a new CTP, the FleneX Pro, and FleneX Midori plates.

FleneX Pro, the next-generation plate processor

The big news is the FleneX Pro, a new flexo plate processor designed to rival conventional workflows and boost productivity.

It processes the new high-quality, water-washable FleneX Midori flexo plates, with or without black mask, up to a maximum size of 1067 x 1524 mm and thicknesses ranging from 1.14 to 2.84 mm.

This developing and washing machine is capable of maintaining a total processing time of less than 60 minutes for the largest format plate.

6 times longer bath life with FleneX Pure

The Japanese manufacturer also presents the FleneX Pure, a filtration system designed for cleanliness and versatility.

It offers a 50% increase in productivity over the previous model, with the capacity to filter 80 liters of recycled water in less than 40 minutes.

Thanks to a readily available organic compound, the system eliminates 99% of the solid polymers present in waste water and increases bath life by 500%, while reducing water consumption, Fujifilm assures.

LuXtreme Pro, a led drying technology optimized for high-speed flexo environments, and the new CuremaX range of inks are also on show.

Digital developments

On the digital side, visitors can discover the enhanced version of the Jet Press FP790. Initially designed for flexible packaging, this press is now compatible with labeling applications. Developments announced include increased speed and greater compatibility with durable substrates, in response to growing pressure for recyclable and eco-designed materials.

Another machine on show was the Revoria Press SC285, presented in prefabricated pouch production configuration. This solution is designed for short runs, a fast-growing segment in personalized packaging.

Sharing experience and networking

Beyond the machines, Fujifilm is relaunching its "On Stage with Fujifilm" program. These daily interventions, scheduled four times a day, will bring together customers, partners and users to discuss concrete feedback and market issues. At the end of the day, visitors can continue their discussions in an informal setting at the "Chilled Hour" sessions.
