Mimaki unveils UJ330H-160 and UJV200 series at Fespa 2026

With the UJ330H-160, capable of printing on flexible and rigid substrates, and the UJV200 roll-to-roll series, Mimaki showcases two approaches to large-format UV production.

Mimaki's presence at the Fespa Global Print Expo 2026, held in Barcelona from May 19 to 22, focuses on the diversification of applications. On its stand in Hall 3, the Japanese manufacturer of industrial inkjet printers and cutting plotters presents several areas dedicated to signage, textiles, personalization and high-volume production.

The package is based on print demonstrations, samples and workflows designed to show how workshops can combine several applications on a single production platform.

A new hybrid UV printer on show for the first time

Among the new products on show is the UJ330H-160, a hybrid UV printer exhibited for the first time at an international trade show. This printer handles flexible roll media up to 1 euro620 mm wide, as well as rigid media up to 50.8 mm thick.

The UJ330H-160 is designed for applications such as signage, interior decoration, packaging and point-of-sale displays.

Swedish printer Infront Nordic, a user of the UJ330H-160, praises its print quality and consistency. "The 4 pl drops and new UV inks offer excellent results on rigid substrates, with uniformity we can rely on." he says.

The same is true of Turkish printing agency DB Reklam. Its director Volkan Ba?kozan declares: " I used to regard hybrid machines as a compromise, but the UJ330H-160 changed my mind. The result was crisp and precise on all media."

International debut of the UJV200 roll-to-roll printer range

Visitors can also discover another new product presented at Barcelona, the UJV200 series. This range of UV roll-to-roll printers for signage and visual communication supports both white and transparent inks. It can also produce decorative effects and prints on special substrates.

Arjen Evertse, Mimaki Europe Sales Director, states: "UV printing is becoming an increasingly important growth driver for print professionals, as it enables them to work with a wider range of substrates, expand into new applications and respond faster to customer demands. With the UJ330H-160 and UJV200 series, we are demonstrating two different ways in which Mimaki is accompanying this evolution: one through hybrid versatility in roll-to-roll and rigid production, the other through more accessible high-quality UV roll-to-roll printing."

In addition to the equipment, Mimaki is also showcasing its RasterLink and PICT software to illustrate the integration of workflows within textile and signage print shops.

And the Japanese manufacturer is also taking advantage of Fespa to showcase a new DTF printing concept based on its 330 platform. Mimaki is not yet detailing the technical specifications of this future generation of systems.
