Intergraf is now accepting applications for the 2027 Young Talent Award!

Students, apprentices, and young professionals are invited to participate in the 2027 Young Talent Award competition organized by Intergraf.

How can the printing industry reduce its environmental impact and help address today?s ecological challenges? That is the question posed to entrants in the latest edition of the Young Talent Award 2027 competition, for which registration has just opened. Intergraf, the European Federation of the Graphic Arts Industry, will award a prize of 3,000 euros for the best entry.

Aimed at students, apprentices, and professionals aged 25 or younger who reside in an Intergraf member country (including France), this competition?held annually since 2017?invites the younger generation to propose concrete measures to improve environmental practices in the sector.

Resource consumption, waste management, carbon emissions: Candidates will be required to examine the key environmental challenges facing the graphic arts industry and propose ways to improve the situation.
Their ideas may focus on the use of sustainable materials, responsible sourcing, recycling, energy conservation, or new production technologies. Intergraf is looking for well-reasoned and practical proposals.

Each participant must submit, by March 1, 2027, a three- to five-page proposal in English, along with a resume.

The European federation advises against using artificial intelligence to develop analyses and proposals; the jury reserves the right to penalize or even disqualify submissions deemed too generic or primarily generated by AI.

The winner will be invited to present their proposals at the European Print Matters conference, to be held on June 4, 2027, in Tallinn, Estonia. Intergraf will cover the winner?s travel and lodging expenses.
The work of the top three finalists will also be presented to European printing industry professionals.
