Alliance Etiquettes acquires the 5 Sept Etiquette print shop

The group founded in 2015 continues its external growth strategy.

The printer and manufacturer of adhesive labels 5 Sept Étiquette, based in Courthezon in Vaucluse (84), announced in mid-March that it had joined the Alliance Etiquettes group.

With now 13 production sites in France, Alliance Etiquettes is the leader in premium labels in France. The group was founded in 2015, following the acquisition by the investment fund Activa capital of a majority stake in the Laulan printing plant. Today, Alliance is still headed by Olivier Laulan and is pursuing its external growth strategy.

On this new acquisition, Olivier Laulan explains :

Created in 1969 and taken over in 1995 by Patrick Wack, who has since run the company, 5 Sept Etiquette is notably equipped with a Domino N610i inkjet press in 7 colours, which it acquired in 2016. The company's main markets are the food, wine and spirits industry and the cosmetics and care products industry.

Alliance Etiquettes, 65 million in sales

Alliance Etiquettes specialises in the printing of high-end labels for the wine, spirits, food and cosmetics sectors.

The group, which has a turnover of more than 65 million euros in France and abroad, has 13 production sites: Imprimerie Laulan, Imprimerie D3, So Labels, NS Etiquettes, Imprimerie des Gaves, Sud-Est Adhésif, S.F.E.A, Label Imprime, Irisgraphic, Imprimerie Etienne, Etiqu'Adhésif, Applic'Etains, and 5 Sept Etiquette.
