New General Manager at Landa Digital Printing

The president and the chief executive officer are from the same company.

Last January, Asher Levy has been appointed as President of Landa Digital Printing the largest of the eighteen companies in the printing technology group founded by Benny Landa. Asher Levy was the CEO of the Israeli electronics group Orbotech until March 2019. He is now joined by his colleague Arik Gordon, who becomes managing director of Landa Digital Printing.

Arik Gordon spent 18 years at Orbotech. For the past two years, he was Executive Vice President of Strategy and Growth at Orbotech, which has approximately $1 billion in sales.

"During his years at Orbotech, I had the privilege of working closely with Arik. I appreciate him as a leader with extensive technological experience, who has demonstrated a deep understanding of business and strategic thinking in every position he has held" said Asher Levy, active president of Landa Digital Printing.

In 2019, several nanographic printing presses, a technology invented by Landa, were installed worldwide by Landa Digital Printing, including seven on the European continent. In France, the only nanographic press is at the Diamant Graphic Printing Company located in Choisy-le-Roi in Val-de-Marne and belonging to the Prenant Group.

"In 2020, despite the global coronavirus pandemic, we expect more facilities around the world as demand for our products continues to be strong. We firmly believe Arik is the right person to lead the company to global success." said Asher Levy.
