Landa ready for "unprecedented" growth.

"2019 has been a pivotal year for Landa Digital Printing, which has seen its first press installations enthusiastically welcomed by its customers." said Benny Landa, president and founder of the Landa Printing Technology Group, in a statement. "The company is now poised for unprecedented growth, and deserves a dedicated, active president."

Thus a new president has been appointed, Asher Levy, at the head of Landa Digital Printing, the largest of the group's eighteen companies. Asher Levy was until March 2019 the CEO of the Israeli electronics group Orbotech, which has a turnover of around one billion dollars.

Landa Digital Printing (LDP) was created ten years ago from the spin-off of Landa Labs. Today, Landa Digital Printing (LDP) has 600 employees and is growing very well with sales of its nanographic printing presses worldwide. With this new printing technology, Benny Landa expects to fill "the profitability gap in the printing industry by combining the versatility of digital with the quality and speed of offset".

At the same time, Yishai Amir, the general manager of LDP for the last four years, is stepping down. "For the past four years I have been managing Landa Digital Printing. During this time the company has grown from a company with excellent technology to a company with excellent products, said Yishai Amir. I'm very proud to have been a part of this transition."
