A third printing company joins Lescure Graphic and Kapp Graphic (27)

This acquisition gives the group a point of contact in Paris.

Lescure Graphic and Kapp Graphic welcome a new entity. Since 7 October, the offset printing company Graphoprint located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris has joined the two printing plants located in the Eure region and managed by Guillaume Devambez.

Graphoprint, whose manager is retiring, has six employees and a turnover of around one million euros. "Graphoprint has a complementary business to our own. Its clientele is mainly composed of agencies, whereas we work mainly with key accounts", 13 million of the group's turnover.

This acquisition will enable it to consolidate its production facilities and enhance the value of local printing for agencies and clients in the Paris region. "This way we have a point of contact with our existing clients in Paris so we can welcome them, show them our work, discover the papers." . And these Parisian customers represent more than 80% of the group's turnover. "It was essential for us to have a presence in Paris."

"This acquisition also allows us to offer Graphoprint's customers all the possibilities of our machine park (small and large format, offset and digital), and thus expand the range of products and services we can offer them."

Guillaume Devambez adds: "And in this health context, we need to consolidate. This operation is a way to counter the decline in activity."
