After the PaperOne 5000, the Italian manufacturer of laser cutting machines for industry and packaging Sei Laser presented this summer the PaperOne 7000, a cutting and creasing system that allows to work on a larger format (700 x 1000 mm) than its predecessor (750 x 530 mm). It supports the passage of sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.15 to 0.6 mm.
The PaperOne 7000 also offers the possibility of operating up to 3 laser heads to allow the highest speeds. In its standard configuration, it can process 2500 sheets per hour, according to the manufacturer.
Sei laser also emphasises the high speed of this new solution and its advanced automation, which saves a lot of time and reduces human intervention to simple manipulations on the control panel. Another advantage is the optimisation of the cutting process, which reduces waste.
Both models, the PaperOne 5000 and PaperOne 7000, have been designed to meet the needs of the flat cardboard packaging industry for the manufacture of cartons, folding boxes or blister packs. They are suitable for processing paper, cardboard and PET, PP and BOPP substrates. The PaperOne 7?000 is also available with a creasing plate generator based on the principle of 3D printing.
From the Italian manufacturer Sei Laser develops a complete range of laser systems for markets such as visual communication, labels, rigid and flexible packaging, interior decoration and metallurgy.
