Italian packaging manufacturer Pusterla 1880 continues its international expansion with the acquisition of British luxury packaging manufacturer Pollard Boxes.
Pollard Boxes is the UK's leading producer of rigid boxes, and one of Europe's leading manufacturers, specialising in the design and production of packaging for the luxury drinks, beauty, personal care and gaming segments.
Pusterla 1880 announces that this acquisition will enable it to expand its design, development and production resources in the UK market, and to better meet the growing demand for quality and customised services.
Roberto Marini, CEO, and Luca Meana, CFO of Pusterla 1880, comment:
« This landmark acquisition confirms our ambition for the UK market, and strengthens our global positioning in Europe. Pollard Boxes has a reputation for technical excellence and long-standing customer relationships.»
