JSB Production, which specializes in large-format UV inkjet printing for resellers, is experiencing strong growth. At the beginning of the year, the company managed by Massimo Gallotta had multiplied its turnover by three in three years thanks to its online sales site wowprint.fr (read A strategy that pays off: strong growth at JSB Production ).
The company, located in La Garde in the Var region of France, is continuing its momentum. After a 30% increase in order volume in 2020, it has seen a 20% increase in demand since January. The digital print shop has grown from 14 to 22 employees since the beginning of the year and has installed a new Agfa inkjet printing machine, a Jeti Tauro 3300 UV led.
This new 330 cm wide digital press joins the machine fleet already composed of an Anapurna 3300 installed in 2019 and an Agfa Jeti Tauro 2500 led 6 colors (250 cm wide) installed in December 2020.
Massimo Gallotta, the manager of JSB Production, wanted to increase his production capacity without cutting back on quality. "Our prints all go out exclusively in quality mode. The production mode of our machines, although qualitative and largely 'saleable', is not an option taken into consideration in our workshops," he says. Our customers are graphic arts professionals who know what they want and do not tolerate amateurism. And that's good, because we don't like it either! For this reason, and many others, Agfa in general and the Tauro in particular are a guarantee for me."
The printer with this reinforced machine park now expects to double its production by the end of the year.
