According to Shutterstock's Color Trends 2022 report, the colors of 2022 digital designs will need to inspire serenity.

Each year, Shutterstock analyzes millions of images uploaded worldwide from its platform. Thanks to this study, the American photo sales site determines the three colors that should be trendy for the coming year in digital media and shares them in its Color Trends report.

For the year 2022, the key word for choosing a color should be serenity. "The data shows that designers are turning to calmer hues and moving away from intense tones. This soft peachy pastel blends well with other pastels and especially with dusty yellows and pinks which will bring a touch of "nostalgic" to your work.
