Canon Europe expands its range of professional printers with the imagePrograf Pro-1100, an A2-format model designed to meet the needs of professional photographers and discerning amateurs alike. Featuring Lucia Pro II pigmented ink technology, this printer promises high-quality photo prints, as well as enhanced fade resistance for up to 200 years.
Pigmented inks for faithful color reproduction
The imagePrograf Pro-1100 uses a 12-pigment Lucia Pro II ink system, specially designed to deliver a wide color gamut and dense blacks. This system produces prints with fine nuances, making this printer particularly suitable for prints of landscapes or shaded scenes.
Durability for archiving
The technology developed for these inks ensures not only artistic quality, but also longevity. Prints made with imagePrograf Pro-1100 are UV and scratch-resistant, offering long-lasting protection for precious photographs and documents, with a lifespan of up to 200 years.
Flexible choice of media
This printer adapts equally well to glossy and matt Beaux-Arts papers, thanks to the integration of a specific black ink and a "Chroma Optimizer" ink. This flexibility enables photographers to choose the medium best suited to their needs, while guaranteeing consistent quality on different types of paper.
An ideal solution for professional photographers
With the successor to the imagePrograf Pro-1000, Canon offers a compact solution that meets the requirements of professional photographers for large-format prints up to A2. Compatible with Canon's "Professional Print & Layout" software, this printer ensures perfect consistency with the other models in the imagePrograf range, facilitating in-house print workflow management.
