EProductivity Software leaves EFI

eProductivity Software now intends to accelerate its development and carry out internal and external growth operations.

Today, eProductivity Software, the productivity software arm of U.S. digital press manufacturer EFI, announced that it has been acquired by Symphony Technology Group (STG), a California-based private equity firm focused on the software, data and analytics markets.

eProductivity Software, which provides ERP, print management and workflow software for the packaging and printing industries, becomes an independent group. eProductivity Software has more than 4,000 customers worldwide, from medium to large companies in all sectors of the packaging and printing industry.

With STG on board, eProductivity Software plans to accelerate its growth by deepening and broadening its capabilities and strengthening its market leadership in the industries it serves, the company said.

"We will of course continue to work closely with our friends at EFI, said Gabriel Matsliach, CEO of eProductivity Software. In addition, we will accelerate investments in our technology developments, modernization, customer partnerships and in organic and international external growth."
