First external acquisition for PrintOclock, which makes a strategic move into textiles

PrintOclock increases its sales to 35 million after the integration of Maingauche, with a 60% reduction in production times and an expansion of its offering into higher value-added textile segments.

Maingauche joins PrintOclock. The Saint-Jean-de-Védas textile marking workshop joins the online printer for professionals. This acquisition is the first external growth operation for the Toulouse-based group founded in 2008 by Antoine Roux. With Maingauche, PrintOclock, which was aiming for sales of 20 million euros by 2025, now has sales of 35 million euros and 160 employees in the Occitanie region.

Also founded in 2008, Maingauche works on embroidery and screen printing','www.printindustry.news/search/serigraphy');" class="lien-auto-article" href="https://www.printindustry.news/search/serigraphy">screen printing for BtoB customers, notably in the hotel, retail and events sectors, with big names such as Ikea, Montpellier Hérault Rugby, Laurent-Perrier champagne and Porsche. It also has in common with PrintOclock an integrated, French production process.

"Maingauche is now recognized as the best embroidery and screen printing workshop in France. Our ambition is to make it the French leader in textiles and premium customizable objects, thanks to the technological, industrial and marketing strength of PrintOclock." says Antoine Roux, CEO of PrintOclock.

With the Toulouse-based inline digital printer at its side, Maingauche is set to move upmarket, specializing in high value-added premium partner brands (such as Stanley/Stella customizable and durable clothing at present). It is also expected to develop ranges of personalized business outfits.
The Saint-Jean-de-Védas workshop will be dedicated exclusively to complex markings, such as embroidery, screen printing','www.printindustry.news/search/serigraphy');" class="lien-auto-article" href="https://www.printindustry.news/search/serigraphy">screen printing and DTF transfer marking.

The integration will change the way production is organized. PrintOclock is announcing a 60% reduction in processing times. Textile orders, previously delivered in two weeks, will now take less than a week.

The printer will also contribute its automation and artificial intelligence tools for marketing, catalog management and graphic design.

"With the merger of our two companies, 1+1 will become much more than two. PrintOclock's performance culture and expertise in e-commerce process optimization will generate new levers for value creation on a group-wide scale, assures Antoine Roux.
In addition to the upmarket positioning of Maingauche's flagship products and the expected increase in the average shopping basket for textiles, the Group's broad offering will increase the number and frequency of purchases, as well as customer loyalty."

This plan should enable the textile subsidiary to achieve an operating margin of over 10% by 2028.
