A few months ago, the Swiss manufacturer of label and packaging printing machines Gallus launched a new division called Gallus Classics. The manufacturer, which belongs to the German Heidelberg Group, presents this new service for used machines and spare parts.
"We know there is still a lot of potential in a used Gallus machine, explains Giuseppe Gallelli, head of the Gallus Classics business unit. That's why my team and I work hard to ensure that our customers are as satisfied with their newly purchased used machine as they would be with a new Gallus machine."
Gallus Classics offers used Gallus machines with a manufacturer's warranty of up to 12 months. Every retrofit performed by the Gallus Classics team passes a thorough quality control before delivery, ensuring that the Gallus machine meets all technical requirements and maximum safety.
The Gallus Classics team also repairs older Gallus machines owned by customers, thanks to a stock of new and used original parts and an extensive network for obtaining urgently needed parts.
Gallus Classics also upgrades Gallus presses so that they can be serviced by the Gallus Service and Helpdesk team.
An upgrade campaign is currently underway for the Gallus TCS 250 and Gallus EM 260/340/410/510 series machines.
Gallus Classics also includes a range of other services such as printing unit overhauls, offset printing unit rentals or offset roller replacement and refurbishment.
