Presentation of the Kombo TAV 2 plotter workflow

The Twin Cut software, developed by Elitron, manages the entire workload and controls the two cutting heads mounted on the two independent gantries. Each one can receive up to 5 tools and operate simultaneously. The processes are linked progressively, without the need for an operator:

  • the Seeker TM system, incorporated and patented, reads the prints as well as the marks and references (barcode or QR code) in order to automatically associate the corresponding cutting file;
  • simultaneously, the previous works are cut and folded;
  • complete loading of the work area ;
  • the fineness of the cut, even on small parts, is ensured by a suction system, also automated, for an optimal maintenance;
  • the unloading is facilitated by the Airo TM vacuum panel.
