A new French manager at Ricoh Europe

Nathalie Taieb, ex Xerox and HP, will develop Ricoh's indirect network in three areas.

Ricoh, whose indirect sales network represents a pillar and a development axis, wanted to create an internal position dedicated to this activity. The Japanese manufacturer has just appointed Nathalie Taieb, of French origin, to the newly created position of vice president of partner sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Nathalie Taieb, who holds an MBA in business administration, is no stranger to the graphic arts industry. She spent more than 20 years at Xerox, including a stint as general manager of France, and nearly four years at HP as vice president of EMEA Channel Managed Print Solutions. The vice president of partner sales brings to Ricoh "its knowledge of partner network creation, growth opportunities" 12.4 billion, says the group.

Nathalie Taieb will develop partnerships with other suppliers in order to provide more global offers. She will also create strategic alliances, open strategic partners with distributors and collaborate with other brands.

"The new strategy of Ricoh's indirect network is based on three strong axes: strengthen its foundations and its portfolio of historical and loyal partners, grow with new partnerships and strategic alliances and prepare for the future by proposing new offers that will bring additional profits says Nathalie Taieb.

"This year offers new growth opportunities for Ricoh partners with the introduction of new equipment, as well as the continued evolution of Ricoh Smart Integration and other software solutions âeuros¦ The extensive expertise and know-how that Nathalie brings to Ricoh makes it an ideal time for partners to join us as we move forward in the digital age." comments Chris Hopton, senior vice president of sales EMEA for Ricoh Europe.
