OneVision at Labelexpo 2023: an intelligent factory with Label Automation Suite

At LabelExpo 2023, held in Brussels, Belgium, from September 11 to 14, publisher OneVision presented its Label Automation Suite digital label production workflow.
Label Automation Suite software automates label production processes, enabling you to produce more labels in less time.

This solution enables production planning and print file optimization. All label production steps are seamlessly represented in the software, enabling smooth, time-saving production, even of small runs with different embellishments.
Incoming print files are optimized and automatically prepared for printing, finishing and finishing. Configuration is tailored to meet individual requirements.

A modular solution, Label Automation Suite connects to any system and hardware, such as webshops, MIS, ERP, RIPs, presses, finishing and converting equipment, via structured data exchange.
The editor works with numerous manufacturers around the world to ensure fast, simple integration.
To name but a few, it integrates with ColorGate, Cerm, DataLine, HP, Canon, Konica Minolta MGI Industrial Digital Printing, Xeikon, Screen, Domino Printing and Sei Laser products.

At LabelExpo, the software was demonstrated in a production line comprising Konica Minolta's AccurioLabel 400 digital press and MGI's JETvarnish 3D Web embellishment system.
