What new products from Kama at Drupa 2024?

Visitors to the Kama stand at Drupa will be able to discover two new products, as well as a fully automated production line for finished folding cartons.

In the run-up to Drupa 2024, the printing industry's key event, which takes place from May 28 to June 7 in Düsseldorf, Germany, Kama is preparing to unveil its latest innovations.

The German manufacturer will be giving live demonstrations of a fully automated production line for folding cartons with embossed Braille elements, comprising the ProCut 76 Foil die-cutting and finishing press and the FlexFold 52i folder-gluer.

What's more, for the first time, Kama, ever focused on automation, will also be showcasing its workflow, which includes an automatic tool-changing system at the die-cutter and robotized transport to the FlexFold 52i folder-gluer.

Visitors will also be able to discover Kama's latest innovation: the Kama Hammerhead 76/106, the manufacturer's first digital selective varnishing and gilding machine. "This new digital solution paves the way for Kama's future product roadmap." says Jordi Giralt, the Group's Sales Director, who emphasizes that he is the first supplier in the sector to offer both digital and conventional embellishment solutions.
