Durst Workflow reaches 1000 installations

For Durst, this 1000th installation in its production flow symbolically marks the strong growth of the last two years.

Durst Workflow software has just passed the milestone of 1000 installations at digital printers in various sectors. Since 2022, the number of workflow customers has doubled.

Launched in 2019, Durst Workflow was originally designed to guarantee outstanding print quality and color management for Durst printers. Today, this solution is compatible with non-Durst printers and has been developed to speed up prepress and production processes from data preparation to printing.

Johanna Weber, Durst Workflow Product Manager, explains: "Durst Workflow is a complete browser-based solution that makes it easy to manage the entire PDF workflow and achieve a higher level of efficiency and automation than comparable stand-alone products. That's what makes it unique."

Durst emphasizes that this solution, which is constantly evolving, also optimizes raw material consumption. For example, the Ink Save module reduces ink consumption by up to 35%, while maintaining color accuracy, says the publisher.
